Safeway has tri-tip on sale for $3.88 a pound this week.  That is a bout as cheap as I have seen it. Last year we did 3 (or 4 tri-tips) and chicken thighs (good BBQ).  Do we want to do that again?  I can get the meat next Tuesday and marinate for the event. I am getting better but may need some help with the BBQ.
