I thought I would send an update.  I really got hit hard by Covid, you want to avoid this strain.  It got into my lungs as an infection (borderline pneumonia), ended up spending 4 days in the hospital.  After over a week at home, I am finally feeling a bit better, still fairly low energy. However, I think I am out of the woods at this point. Had two clear Covid tests last week, so I think that is over.
