Sorry 4 late reply, I was at a medical test that ran long. 
I'll be there and would be happy to bring whatever is needed that I can pick up from the Deli--Like  chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes,  Macaroni  & cheese,  enchiladas,  whatever you think the club would like .

All,

We need a count of who will be attending our annual BBQ next Friday.  Please respond to this email with how many family members you will be bringing.  So far we have around 12 counting spouses from a show of hands at the meeting tonight.  Please respond by Tuesday evening so we can get the appropriate amount of meat to BBQ.
