[Accrs] Signal stand

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

As of 8pm last night the signal stand was out back behind our building. I
assume someone from the antique farm equipment group moved it since the
signs indicated they would setup out back.

Can those of you onsite today secure it better? Loop a rope around the top
to a pole or a conduit tube against the building?
