[Accrs] Switch Passenger Area

Guys

Tony's switch issue may be related to the fulcrum adjustment on the tortoise underneath the layout. What can happen is that the little green bar that holds the wire that moves the points of the switch drops down and just needs to be pushed up. Simple fix.
