All,

There are a couple things which everyone needs to know about:

1.	We have been welcomed by the Goodguys to participate in their August
show. We have a few months to get our space ready for the show and will
need participation by both scales to get ready.
2.	The lock arrangement on the front door was changed last Friday per
fire marshal direction. The sliding hasp lock has been inactivated and will
be removed. The existing door knob has been replaced with a locking knob
similar to the back door. So, to enter, you do the padlock step as always,
reach in and turn the knob to unlock the door. When exiting , make sure the
knob is locked and then attach the padlock as always and recheck the knob.
Simple. The knob replaces the hasp.
3.	Rich Sims advised me today that due to the weekend horse racing
starting this Friday, we will not have access for the next five (5) Fridays
starting this Friday. So, what are the thoughts on having our meetings for
the next five weeks on Thursday? Another option would be to revert to Zoom
meetings on Friday. I don't think that is a good idea with the Goodguys
around the corner and clean up needed. Keep in mind, we won't have access
on those five weekends. A suggestion was made last week before the horse
race issue came up to possibly have our business meeting on Zoom and have it
on another day so it wouldn't conflict with the in person meeting. We could
do four Thursday in person meetings and have the July business meeting on
Zoom on the 2nd or if that's a problem, we could delay it to the 7th or 8th.
Please chime in with you preferences on this subject quickly since a
potential Thursday meeting is the day after tomorrow. Thanks.

Gary Lewis
