[Accrs] ACCRS Instagram

Hey all,

So during last night's Zoom meeting, I got approval to set up an Instagram
account as a way of sharing more photos and videos to promote our club.
With the success of the club's Facebook page, I figured once we are able to
get more content on it, the Instagram could be another useful tool for
attracting new members. Many large companies (including model train
manufacturers like Athearn and Atlas) use Instagram for promoting and a lot
of younger people (including rail buffs), including myself, share their
photos on Instagram, so it could be a way to attract some younger members
to our club. Also like Facebook, it is 100% free! Content will include
trains running, exhibit updates, and our membership (will not use member
names unless permission is given). I chose ACCRSModelTrains as the username
and ACCRS as the display name as I couldn't use more than 30 characters, so
I couldn't use Alameda County Central Railroad Society as the display name.
