[Accrs] Fair Petition

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

As we discussed, the Fairgrounds/Fair are soliciting help to get support from government. They are self-funded and the pandemic has wreaked havoc on the revenue and reserves. It would be good to do some visible support.

They have multiple things to do. Send a letter, sign a petition, etc.
