All,

We have a bit of good news to report regarding access to our building on the
fairgrounds. We can start coming in to begin the clean up process and
restoring operational capabilities initially as follows:

1.	Only one person at a time may enter the building except that family
members with whom you live may accompany you. I believe the limit on that
would be six.
2.	If you desire access to the building, contact me so that a day and
time may be set and then coordinated with the Operations department on the
grounds. Don't wait until the last minute. By Friday of each week, provide
the date and time to me when you would like to have access. After the
Friday night zoom meeting, I'll e-mail out a schedule and also advise if
there are any conflicts.
3.	The intent is to eventually have a calendar set up sort of like was
done for show sign ups, but we haven't got to that point yet except for the
following time and dates:

Tuesday 1/12, 2:00-4:00- Gary Lewis

Wednesday 1/13, 10:00-12:00 - Phil Edholm

Wednesday 1/13, 2:00-4:00 - Jorg Linke

Thursday 1/14, 10:00-1:00 - John Kolberg

4.	If you want to access the club, please plan to do so with the intent
of cleaning things, checking for maintenance needs, rodent intrusions, etc.
Please coordinate with your trainmaster concerning cleaning of the layouts
and at some point, turning on the power.
5.	Access will normally be during the day when the fairgrounds are open
and possibly on weekends if they have a show which will open up the grounds.
6.	DO NOT GO ON THE GROUNDS WITHOUT SCHEDULING WITH ME! Fair
management wants only one point of contact at this point.
7.	Wear your face mask at all times. You are responsible for supplying
the mask.
8.	There will be hand sanitizer, blue towels, and vinyl gloves inside
the front entrance. Feel free to bring your own if you like. Use the
gloves or plan on having to wipe down everything you touched when you leave.
If I can find sanitizing wipes before I go in on Tuesday, I'll put some of
those out.
9.	When you leave, wipe down anything you touched with bare hand and
the door knobs/latches and the lock as you lock up.
10.	If anyone else has any suggestions, please say so.

Gary Lewis
