[Accrs] Possible re-opening plan

I do understand this Pandemic is way out ..... now.
Since the Fairgrounds are open for some activity they have,
and according to the Letter you send,
I would recommend also to the Fair People  besides that all you have in the
letter
WHY NOT HAVE THE BATHROOM OPEN for Sanitary reasons and  that way we do not
need to use that old  Tree in the Back,
which is a Health situation anyway,we can not even wash our Hands,that
should be brought to their attention in addition to all that we may give
them in return for letting us enter again.
 The best solution would be to go with this Item I send with this.

  New club dress code for the fair.
