Dear Fair Exhibitor,

It is with heavy heart that we announce today that we will be canceling the
2020 Alameda County Fair.  These have been trying times for all of us and
we must do what is in the best interest of the health and safety of our
community.

Knowing how supportive our community has been of our annual Fair we have
been working on plans for a virtual Fair, many entry areas will still be
available.  The process will require the uploading of an image or PDF of
your entry for online judging.  I hope many of you are able to participate
in our virtual Fair.  The entry deadline for this new virtual Fair will be
June 1st.

Our Fine Arts competition which already requires an image to be uploaded
will automatically be entered into our virtual Fair along with a few new
photo areas.

For those of you who also enter in our Livestock and Small Animal
departments you will be receiving another email with more information
specific to those areas.

All entries for still exhibits in the 2020 Fair have already been refunded,
if you do not show a refund for your entry please reach out to me at
Tburrow at alamedacountyfair.com.
