A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO MIKE WOLF OF MTH ELECTRIC TRAINS
ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS RETIREMENT
Even though we are shocked and sad to hear this news,
we want to congratulate Mike Wolf on his retirement.
It was great working with Mike and his team at MTH Trains. Their work truly made a lasting impact and one that has changed the model train industry for the better
in so many ways.
Most people do not know the time, energy, effort, and sacrifice that goes into a business. Mike tirelessly worked to better the industry. Mike is a great friend, visionary, pioneer and is right up there with Joshua Lionel Cowen on the
Mount Rushmore of Trains.
Mike was a friend to every customer and very passionate about the business and future of electric trains. A game changer and entrepreneur, you could give him an idea and he would make it. Tell him it could not be done, and he would get it done.
Quality, affordable, unique-these were his trademarks, and that is why he put his name on every product-Mike's Train House. Let's all try to talk him out of retirement! The train industry needs him and his team.
TrainWorld has always been extremely proud to carry Mike's products in our retail lineup, and we still have plenty of MTH items currently in stock. Through May 2021, MTH will continue to produce the products featured in their last two catalogs and the items from their 2020 Volume 1 O Gauge, 2020 Ready-To-Run Train Set, and 2019-2020 G Gauge catalogs. Given the great reputation and performance of his trains, we know that these products will just fly off the shelves. We will continue to offer MTH trains to our customers while supplies last, so we encourage our customers secure the last relics of one of the greatest manufacturers of our industry's history.
So, congratulations on your retirement, Mike!
