[Accrs] WE need to vote on the 501C3 project tonight!!

I have talked with the lawyer and we can do a zoom meeting with him next 
week with the key people in our group.  We can talk tonight about a good 
time to get together next week.   He is available until 4 pm west coat 
time most days next week.   BTW I will join the meeting tonight.
