[Accrs] WE need to vote on the 501C3 project tonight!!

I think everyone should have the opportunity to hear the advantages and disadvantages and be involved in the vote, so perhaps it would be appropriate to give people more notice and set a date to present all the information and vote?  Also, I think Robert said the Crocket club has already done this.  Has anyone spoken to their leadership to see how it has worked for them?
