[Accrs] Valance is painted on the HO side

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

Jorg and I painted the HO upper valance this morning.  Looks like one 
coat covered well.  May want to change the shade a bit to more closely 
match the HO "sky".  Or just leave it as is.
