A suggestion:
Why can't we have a business meeting during a week day if the fair is
keeping us off the grounds on Fridays so close to the fair?
We need to give the members a chance to sign up for the fair as
there are so many time slots to fill. And, we do need to give the fair
an account of number of passes we will need.
