[Accrs] Building New Entry structure

ACCRS doesn't indicate what is inside.  ' Model Railroad' does.  
"Alameda County Central Railroad Society" sort of says it, but what?

That says it all.  Both lines centered on the entry if there is room, 
would be nice.
