[Accrs] ACCRS annual barbecue

 I took the sheet home and typed it so it could be included with the e-mail so those who have not yet signed up can see what is already being brought.  I will have this back at the front chair by mid-week.  Anyone who can't make it to the club this Friday, or who just wants to be added by e-mail, just let me know and I'll add you to the list.  

We have 19 people so far.  Not a bad start.

The ACCRS annual barbecue will occur on Friday August 2.  That's two 
weeks from tonight.  Time is pretty loose but 6-7:00 is usually a good 
time to come.  We have a willing chef for the barbecue and now all we 
need are members and their families to show up and bring side dishes and 
desserts.  There is a signup sheet at the front chair and you can also 
advise your attendance by responding to this e-mail.  Be sure you 
mention the total number of people you will bring.  See you there.
