[Accrs] Fair

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

I worked 2 shifts at the fair Saturday June 29 with Dennis,
Jim Haig, and Gary Barbano.  I did about 4 hours on
the chair up front.  I can't begin to tell you what a big
hit the scavenger hunt was for both young and old.
I left around 8:00 PM and we had over 3000 folks come
through.  I did get to run my California Zephyr train and
did at least a half dozen rounds.  It ran flawlessly with
the help of Dennis and Jim dispatching (Analog).  All in all it was
a great and rewarding day.  So much praise and compliments
by many that came through.
