[Accrs] Updates from the Fair

All,

1)  Here is the fire marshal list of items needing correction:

    Model Railroad Exhibit – Replace expired/non-operational Exit signs.

    Discontinue unapproved use of extension cords.

    Discontinue use of unapproved multiplug adaptors.\

    Provide flammable liquids cabinet for storage of aerosol cans and
    paints.

    Repair/replace emergency lighting.

    Remove hasp latch from rear door.

    Remove Fire Door signage from outside of building where access is no
    longer available

2)  Also, there are no planned activities on the grounds for January and 
February which will cause us access problems.

3)  We're good to go for the train show in March.

4)  Jerome (fair CEO) called me back today to set up a date for us to 
discuss the proposal recently submitted to the fair.
