[Accrs] Work day and letter from Jerome

All,

Thanks to those who came down Friday night and Saturday to work on clean 
up projects as outlined by Phil.  The wall at the front entrance has 
been cleaned, patched, and repainted.  Good progress was made on 
cleaning the floor, but more will be needed.  It's very dirty.  The 
front chair and platform are out back for re-finishing as is the kids 
viewing platform from the "O" side. There's still a lot of work to do, 
so watch for info on future work days.

Now, please read the attached very positive letter from Jerome. There is 
a message in it and I think it is the last sentence in the third 
paragraph.  We need to heed the meaning of that sentence and do 
everything we can to improve our game and make us one of the survivors.
