[Accrs] Taking Down the Outside Entry Structure - August 27 from 1-4 PM

The fair has asked us to take the entry structure down after the Good Guys. We have scheduled 2:00 PM on Tuesday the 27th (the Tuesday after the Good Guys) with the Fair team to show up with the forklift to take it down.

We will start at 1 PM to get ready (remove the banners, disconnect the sway braces and install the cradle for the forklift).  After we get the top structure down on the ground, we will have to disassemble it and label the parts for storage/future assembly.  That will take another couple of hours.

So, we should be working from 1-4 PM on the 27th.  If you can help, please come by. Helping hands to store the items will be really appreciated.  If you plan to come, please send me a direct email (pedholm at pkeconsulting.com<mailto:pedholm at pkeconsulting.com>) so I know what coverage we have.
