[Accrs] Alameda County Fair creation????

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

I am in search of the document that granted the land to the Fair, for 
Fair use.   I can get it if I find out the date, the Grantee, etc.   
Looking at the document may give us some way to fight the fair and the 
"Event Center".   That may not fall within the codes, covenents, etc of 
the granting document.

The race track was first set up in 1850.   Long time ago.  I ordered the 
book Andy mentioned.
