Hard to say Ted,Sierra Railroad bought 2 GP20s from Santa Fe via a dealer while I was there.From time to time the Class 1 railroads unload older power, so anyone with money can get them, EMD's have much more resale value traditionally than GE's.GE just doesn't support the used locomotive market with parts or repair like EMD and some of the other manufacturers
