Gary, during the fair days, do they allow us to drive too the building to drop off material/equipment – during the early morning period of 06:30-08:30 AM or whatever timeframe that is? Wondering if they still plan to allow that again.

Folks,
It's crunch time again and we need your participation in the Fair.
First though, just a reminder that we will not have access to our
building this coming Friday-Sunday. This means no Good Guys
participation and no business meeting Friday night. It also means we
will have a very short business meeting the following Friday, May 8, the
rest of the time being used for clean up and preparation for the fair.
The fair starts on May 15. It may be a good idea to spend some time on
the evening of the 14th if needed.
Our entrance to the fair is via a parking pass and a pass to get thru
the gate. We've been there and done this before and it's a pain. We
need to tell the fair how many of each pass we need very soon. It would
be good if we could pass them out on the 8th, but to do that we need a
whole bunch more folks to sign up (at least on the HO side). Do not
wait until the last minute to sign up. Trainmasters need to pull this
together and provide the numbers to me in time to secure the passes
before the 8th. A lack of planning on your part will become a headache
to others, so let's get it done. Don't expect the other person to do the
work - you are the other person.
Gary
