[Accrs] The Good Guys show

After several conversations with Candice at the Fair office, I've regret 
to advise that we will not have access to our building May 1-3, the Good 
Guys show Friday and the weekend.  Apparently the GG's need an area to 
store a bunch of their crap for the weekend show and the fair is fencing 
off around the maintenance area and our building for them.  Thus, we 
will not be having our business meeting on the 1st and will not be open 
for the GG's.  The fair is hoping this is a one time occurrence and will 
be handled in the future by some changes/improvements the fair is doing.

On the positive side, they are producing new signs for our A-frames and 
are making a new, larger banner for the front of the building over the 
door.
