[Accrs] Final Request from TSG Multi Media - more

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

That's not really a logo for us.  It looks like an advertisement for an 
attraction at the Fair and it's using their "copy".  We need something 
like a stylized ACCRS and not mention the fair.
