All,

Please read below for the instructions for getting on the grounds Friday 
night and Saturday.  Friday will be a normal night so drive on in and 
park at our building.

For Saturday access please park in the Festival Lot (behind “custodial 
yard”).  We will enter Gate 8 or 12 and then be directed to Roadway 6 
and then 10 to access the Festival Lot.  This is where we parked for 
several years and it's closer to our building than the VIP lot.

Hi Gary,

I confirmed with our parking department that your group will be able to 
access the interior grounds on Friday evening to park by Building F for 
your meeting.

For Saturday access please have your group park in the Festival Lot 
(behind “custodial yard”). They will enter Gate 8 or 12 and then be 
directed to Roadway 6 and then 10 to access the Festival Lot.

On a side note, I inquired about and was told that the six vehicles 
parked by Building F last weekend were ACF Event Operations employees.  
I have asked if there is somewhere we can relocate these vehicles to in 
the future and that is being looked into.
