[Accrs] Swamp cooler

Paula noticed it several days ago.   The guess was someone from the Fair 
backed into it.   Many workers park along side of our building during 
the day.   Provides shade.   I would hope that it wasn't one of us.   We 
generally don't park that far down from the main door.

I wonder if it was one of us if they would fess up.   Still no one has 
fessed up to damaging the SW GP38 with DCC. I had to get a new truck 
replacement as the original one was damaged beyond repair.
