[Accrs] Hidden Yard Area

A couple of photos to share from the hidden yard area –


I found several detail parts within the track ties and edge gutter area.   The ladder appears to be from a Kadee PS1 boxcar – these details are press fit so when you snag it on something they can come off.   Cab sunshade – looks like UP harbor gray.  Yellow brake wheel – perhaps from TTX well stack car.  Cab wind deflector.  Coupler spring.  Reefer car middle step.  Brake platform detail. Box car corner step.  Brake wheel.

If you are missing one of these pieces they here’s your chance to reclaim them before they get lost forever.

These styrene type of plastic can be easily welded back together using liquid cement (MEK).

I found this club track cleaning car resting upon the framing – probably not the best place to put a model.
