[Accrs] Fair Passes - A word of caution

In order to save a few passes, I suggest any of us that qualify as seniors (which is only 62 at the fair) come in as a senior and not in on a pass.  That way we can cover any of the exchange passes that don't get returned.  Senior days are the next two Fridays.

Members:

If you have noticed, they scan our passes as we enter.  That includes
the brown passes as well as the early entry Vendor passes.  They become
a one use pass as the computer can tell if that pass has been used before.

Each pass is numbered.  The Fair gave us a series of numbers.  They
know what series that is, as they would have recorded the numbers when
they gave them to us.

If for any reason, one of those passes is used by your wife, your friend
or the neighbor down the street, they will know it was used.

For the sake of the club, don't misuse the passes.  Return any you have
not used to your Train Master or Gary, the president.

They are looking for any misuse of the passes.  We want to show them
that we follow the rules.  It might make it easier next year.

Dean
