[Accrs] Test Message for text

Based on this message, I believe our reflector and certain mail systems (specifically Microsoft Exchange) are converting HTML or Rich text emails are converted into an attachment.  I sent this email as plain text and it did not result in an attachment.

I recommend checking your emails as you send them to make sure they are plain text.

I think this may be a security setting in our reflector. I will try to figure out how we can change it.
