[Accrs] Alameda County Fairgrounds Website

I just visited the ACF website to get info on the county fair– given that the fair is the current biggest deal they have to manage right now,  I was surprised that their web page design has a very large main Ad section, followed by a much smaller (~75% less space) devoted to the largest event,  the most important event of the year – any I would add,  the main event for which the purpose of the fairgrounds exist.

Actually, I’m not that surprised given the track record of the current management and the legacy carried over from the Los Angeles County Fair.  Plus,  the recent poor communication they provide ACCRS.

Just look at these screen shots of their web site – which I believe shows that their focus and interest are in higher margin events and not the county fair.    Bingo?  I’m not sure and I’m not aware that there is county wide demand for Bingo – but maybe so.

Something to keep in mind . . .
