[Accrs] BBQ on Friday

In the past, the cost of grilled items for the BBQ (tri-tip, hamburger, sausages) was born by the Drink Fund managed by Dean Lewis.  Dean, please respond that this is correct and if so, let Mike know how to proceed with purchasing and being reimbursed.


As in the past, the cost of tables and chairs rental from the Fair is covered by the ACCRS.  Dean, do you need a check this week?  Let me know how much, when, and where.

I'll do the BBQing (I've done this before) but I can not afford the cost of all the meat. Each member can bring something for me to cook for them Burgers would be optimum because they cook rapidly 


We need an accurate head count then we will need buns, paper plates, napkins etc.
