Please use the link below to respond to a two question survey if you are coming to the BBQ/Potluck (ignore if you are not coming).  The questions are: “What you are bringing?” by some categories and “How many will attend in your party?”. I attached a screen shot of the results that we will get (it is from SurveyMonkey, the one response is from me).

If you can’t decide or need some focus on what to bring, I left a spot for registering as coming but waiting to see what is needed, “I will wait to see what is needed” at the bottom. You can choose when the survey is done on Wednesday and the results are sent out what to get based on what is being brought. Just choose that and then decide later or call our event coordinator. From the survey, we will get the number of each dish type and the number of attendees.
