[Accrs] Critical Questions re:: BBQ on Friday

Members,

There are several critical questions regarding the BBQ.

1.  Who is going to do the cooking. Not me and  Ed said he will be out 
of town.

2.  Who is going to get the meat and other stuff that we usally BBQ.  
Again, Not me and ED is not available.

3.  It is a pot luck.  Members will need to bring a side dish if we find 
someone to do 1 & 2 above. If not, what then?

4.  I will place the order for the tables and chairs.  Everyone should 
bring their own plates, etc. just in case.

5.  Who is coming.  What will be the count for # 1 & 2 above.

6.  What ever I forgot in this message.   ???????
