[Accrs] Info regarding BBQ - please note

Members,

Please note.   Nothing is firmly set for the BBQ.  Our President is in 
e-mail contact with the Fair.   We normally get tables and chairs from 
them.   No guarantee that the date we normally use will be available for 
our usual style BBQ.   When the President hears back, there will 
certainly be a posting on the BBQ.  Things are a little different 
process at this time.

No one has missed anything as of yet.   Just wait for an official 
posting by the Pres.
