[Accrs] Annual Bar-B-Q - Please note

I was thinking (surprise) the other day that it was time to start 
working on the details.  It would be on August 3 if something else is 
not going on. I would strongly suggest that the club President contact 
the Fair and see if it will be a problem.  I think with our situation, 
it is best if he continues to be the contact.
