[Accrs] Light-O-Rama for Layout lighting Control

Another use for the Light-O-Rama is to automate the overall layout lighting for both railroads. After the fair I think we should discuss using this system to automate our lighting for both layouts. I actually began doing a project with an Arduino for the O side, but the programming is fairly complex (16 sperate loops with a lot of data reading) and it will only be supportable by whomever writes it. With the Light-O-Rama stuff it is a product and has full documentation and the tools are easy to use. We can have a day-to-night scene on each railroad with a defined time period. We can decide if the layouts should operate on the same light/dark cycle or be counter timed to each other (alternate the dark period).
