[Accrs] another New Question for Moderator or System Manager

Another thing I noticed recently, is as follows.

Many of the e-mails I get from Tony Long, show up in my in-box a couple 
of hours after he sent it.   It will be back up the list of those I have 
received and read.   Those I have read have a later date than the one 
that Tony sent.   Is there something in the system that causes a delay 
with his messages???
