The Durham Museum has an online search page.  I’m finding a lot of interesting photos there.  I’m trying to find photos that show Central Pacific + Union Pacific + Rock Island boxcars in the period of 1869 -1870’s and the steamboat ferry that moved cars between Council Bluffs and Omaha before a railroad bridge was installed.
