[Accrs] Access Friday night

I've gone back and forth with Candice this week about this subject and 
the final answer is "no access" for us starting tomorrow until Tuesday.  
She says there is equipment and vendor setups on the grounds tomorrow 
night and the grounds must be secured.  So how is this any different 
from previous years?  Go figure.
