Yes.  As far as food, we have enough for about 40+, we have about 25 responses.

We have 5 tri-tips, 9 chicken breast (cut into halves) and about 20 chicken thighs.  Including $20 for briquets, the total for meats was under $120. At 40 that is $3/head, pretty reasonable.

So far we have had 9 responses to the survey.  So far the total of heads is 21, but it seems there are a lot of non-responses, so I am going to assume double that or about 40-45.  The following is the list of potluck items so far:
