[Accrs] Fwd: Video Tour is On!!!

​This is the response I received From John Abatacola of TSG Multi Media
regarding our Video Tour. We need to find a Saturday that we can all get
in. It will be a long day​. We will need engineers for the O scale side &
several from the HO side. We will need a spokes person (Volunteers?) for
the O scale & HO scale. We will need a script talking about each layout as
well as the history of the club. (Origin, location etc.)

I know that there is an issue with the DCC performance on the O scale side.
If we decide to run the tour as DCC this will need to be rectified. If any

The best thing to do is talk about a date to do it. On the club’s side of
things, they need to decide who will present it and make sure everything
works right and looks good.

If the presenters have a very clear idea of what to say, we can probably do
both layout tours on the same shoot like we did at CMRS and CTTOM. It will
be a fairly long day but it can be done.

If you don’t want to be the arranger/go-between guy, put whoever is in
charge in touch with me and I can arrange stuff with that person.
