[Accrs] Survey - DCC LokSound

I forgot to add in my first message the following:  If you purchase a 
Fox Valley GP60/GP60M/GP60B with sound, it comes with a LocSound 
decoder.  Stephen Priest had a hand in drawing up the drawings and the 
development of that model.   That is why I think he chose LocSound for 
his layout.
