A reminder. The donation box seat sign up sheets for the fair are in place. We
need to fill that spot during the fair.

Also, can we edit the brochure with current dates and get additional brochures printed before the fair? Not sure who maintains the brochure file, but I think it might be Ed.
Thank you.

Dean,
You have my order for the shirt.
But let's address her other suggestions which we have let lapse, once the current fair is over.
Also, we have let the web site ideas lapse.
The planning for 2018 should start in July 2017.

Members,
I was reminded that Andy Kelsey's wife Megan, came to the July 2016business meeting and gave us a nice talk which was full of suggestionson what we could do for the next Fair. Unfortunately, as with manythings at the club, we sort of dropped the ball and didn't follow up onany of her suggestions. Here is what I put in the July 2016 minutes. It doesn't do real justice to all of her suggestions. Be sure to wearyou vest if you have one and we can try to get our act together andorder ones for those that don't have one and wish to get one. Apparently she suggested tee shirts or vest as a way to identifymembers to the public.
· Commentsfrom Member’s Wife: AndyKelsey’s wife, Megan, addressed our membership. She had many good ideas for how we could get the kids moreinvolved andmake their visit, to the club, more interesting. Souvenirs, some type of raffle, etc. Scavenger hunt foritems on the layout withsome sort of prize like a train hat, etc. Things we can consider for the next Fair.
Also thatwe need to wear our vests and/or trainhats so public can identify who is on duty.
Too bad we forgot all her suggestions and it took a vendor card, in themail, for me to suggest tee shirts when it was possibly earliersuggested by her and we didn't follow up and even investigate findinga source.
In any event, let me know the size and color (gray, black, charcoal ortan). You can click on the four color buttons on the web page and youcan personalize it like I did on the attachment.
