[Accrs] ACCRS T-Shirt

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

Looks like both you and her at the same time. She is new around the club and shouldn't be ignored. We need to encourage the new people. Some put down the idea when she brought it up and that  was not cool.  I was not in favor of getting rid of the vests, just adding the T shirts.
