[Accrs] Scottish Games

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

It's time to think of the Scottish Games.

Last year we had a very limited time where were open and the attendance was
quite good.

This year we will have an O gauge presence and several HOers have expressed
interest as well. We should start to formalize plans within two weeks.
