[Accrs] Proto 2000 units conversion

Proto 2000 units.   The one problem I have found with the Proto locos, 
is their axle gear tends to crack.  It can be replaced with a gear from 
Athearn as you can't get the Proto gears.

Mark W. has a Proto 2000 unit that I have replaced all the axle gears 
for him.   It is converted to DCC and does run nice.  Seems like I 
replaced some of mine too.   Just can't remember as I don't use those 
units very often (GP20, GP30).

If you have a PA from them, you are out of luck as they use a different 
axle gear that no one else makes.  Bummer.
