[Accrs] Disturbance at the fair this evening.

This is an article I read this morning talking about the incident at the fair last night.  The story says 5:30, but it was actually about 9:00.  I was waiting in line for the restroom and it was like a stampede coming through as people fled the scene running.  We were told to get inside.
